Job Description
We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Specialist to support our marketing and coffee solutions teams within JDE Australia.
This is a 12-month contract role based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working.
The FP&A Specialist will take ownership of marketing related expenditure including budgets, estimations and actual spends, playing a part in decision making by providing sound financial recommendations for new innovations

In this role, you will:
Partner with our marketing team and oversee the advertising and promotional (A&P) spend
Support business case scenarios and brand planning for new product pipelines and activations
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and balance sheet reconciliations related to the marketing budget
Provide disciplined financial recommendations regarding the marketing budget
Work closely with internal stakeholders locally and globally to ensure accurate cost control
Drive efficiency through process improvements
Cover certain assigned month end tasks
Ad hoc reporting and analysis
Qualifications
For this role as a FP&A Specialist, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
You hold tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or similar
You have, or are working towards, a CPA or CA qualification
Experience working with SAP will be highly regarded
Experience in a similar role in FMCG will be highly regarded
You have sound experience working across various departments and/or with global stakeholders
