**About Goodstart Eumundi**:
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at an early childhood Centre with a strong focus on sustainability and recycling. As part of the Sunshine Coast Council star program, we are dedicated to creating a greener future for our community. With a reputation for building strong relationships with families, most of whom come to us through word of mouth, you will be welcomed into a supportive and collaborative environment. Our Centre, originally a house, boasts unique characteristics and a seamless flow into the park, just a 30-second walk from the renowned Wednesday markets for convenient lunch options. Our staff embodies a growth mindset, working together as a team and celebrating birthdays with homemade cakes. Families show their appreciation by bringing in morning tea, and we offer exciting incursions and family events. Currently undergoing refurbishment, our Centre is being transformed into a modern and inviting space. **You'll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
