Join our team at Milestones Early Learning Cranbrook. We are looking for a passionate Educator to join our friendly team of Educators. If you have completed your Certificate III in Early Learning Childcare Education and are wanting to study for your Diploma, this is a great opportunity for you. You must be available to work at least 4-5 days per week and have the flexibility to work short shifts in the afternoon.

Our Centre at Milestones Early Learning Cranbrook is led by our dedicated Centre Manager. We are proud to have a group of passionate, qualified educators who are committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for every child in our Centre. We believe in the power of meaningful relationships, and our team takes the time to get to know each child as an individual — supporting their unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs.
About you- Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Have a current Working with Children's Check
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds

Our CurriculumOur educators and teachers are trained and accredited in the Lifelong Learning Curriculum which is Australia's most advanced approach to early education for children from birth to age five. It is based on the belief that learning and development occurs most successfully when supported by nurturing and engaged educators, in partnership with families and communities. This curriculum draws on the best models of early education, contemporary research and evidence informed practices such as Circle of Security, Abecedarian, and Project Based learning.
