This is an opportunity for a highly capable Administrator to join our National HR Team as part of the Learning & Culture function. You will play an important role providing high quality and efficient administrative support to assist with the delivery of Learning & Culture programs and initiatives and the overall operations of the function. Your day to day tasks will include assisting with program logistics; invoice and expense processing; report preparation; preparing and distributing learning materials and other adhoc duties as required.
The role relies on strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills, along with attention to detail, thoroughness and the ability to manage a high volume of routine and emerging tasks. We want you to be a service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders. A learning mindset, adaptability and a commitment to excellence will be key to success. An interest in Learning & Culture (L&D and/or OD) is advantageous.
Flexibility options are available. This is a role within a global team that can be based in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or London.
