**RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT**
We are looking for an 'easy going' lady with a professional focus, who is willing and able to manage her workload with a smile in a fast-paced office environment.
You must enjoy greeting clients and always polite when answering calls on our busy phones.
This position is Casual, minimum 3 days per week with potential for Full-time hours in busy periods. Would suit a mature person with a "can do" attitude who thrives on getting the job done. We are looking for someone who brings to the table good all-round office skills who can multi-task and pays attention to detail. Someone who is willing to contribute to the efficiency of our professional tax accountants office, ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:
Previous office administration experience
Willing to learn new skills
Able to take instruction
Concientious, courteous and respectful of other colleagues and Clients, at all times.
Telephone
Greeting Clients / Customer Service
Microsoft Office - EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK
Database experience
General Office duties
**DESIRABLE SKILLS**:
Exposure/experience with an electronic calendar
Exposure/experience with Accounting Programs such as, XERO, MYOB etc.
Self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a busy team.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
