Fx Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated salesperson to join our growing FX Sales coverage team in Sydney

Your responsibilities:

- Pricing and trading products including Foreign Exchange, Precious Metals, Fixed Income and Derivatives across G10 & EM.
- Leverage knowledge of Deutsche Bank's eCommerce product and trading relationships to provide clients with bespoke workflow solution to meet their needs in order to gain wallet share and relevance.
- Present investment ideas and opportunities to Global Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Central Banks and other Institutional clients
- Work closely with the trading team across Spot, Forward, Options, Segregated Execution on optimization and analysis of client flows.
- Perform regular client reviews and visits with pro-active follow up.
- Liaise with our counterparts in Legal, KYC and credit with onboarding new relationships

Your Skill / Qualifications:

- Five years plus experience working in a similar role with track record of developing and fostering FX relationships in Tier 1 Investment Bank
- Existing relationships with Institutional client base
- Extensive knowledge of the Fx, Rates, Commodities & Fixed Income market and including skills in structured products.
- Focused on deliverables and willing to put in required sales effort to help desk grow the flow business.
- Good local market knowledge
- A sense of how macroeconomic developments, be they slow moving or instantaneous, could be beneficial for the largest sophisticated investors
- Entrepreneurial skills to prioritize resources to maximize outcome and value for client
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Able to demonstrate the ability to navigate complex organizations
- Derivative and Workflow Solutions knowledge are preferable
- Advanced with respect to quantitative skills and have the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements
- Driven and dedicated to help the team succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact and engage with regional/global teams
