About the role

This permenant full time role as a Personal Care Worker is part of an integrated team of people working within an established and agreed framework supporting the resident with daily living activities. The Personal Care Worker role is instrumental to ensuring that we are providing high quality care to our residents at all times, by delivering care that meets the individual needs and goals of our residents.

**Your main duties will include**:
Support residents to live the life they choose allowing them to exercise choice and independence.

Assist the resident in one on one activities that support their well-being inclusive of hobbies and interests that are aligned to the care plan.

Contributes to the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs and wants of the residents, through assessment and observation.

About you

Certificate III in Aged Care

Professional, friendly and supportive approach

Effective communication skills

Able to participate as a positive and effective team member

Aware of work health safety and infection control procedures

Committed to work within Calvary Mission, Vision and Values

A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
