**Role responsibilities**
- Manage design, configuration, and maintenance of the LMS (Moodle), including updates - with a focus on optimisation
- Administration of training courses - coordinating training program course platform set up and ongoing delivery, as well as testing content (and implementing once testing is complete)
- Providing education and advisory to Learning Designers on optimal course set-up to maximise Moodle functionality including available plugins
- Troubleshooting problems and system errors and supporting staff with any queries that they have relating to the LMS
- Be a main point of contact for all LMS course related and IT enquiries on a daily basis
- Develop ad hoc reports, databases, and documents as required

**Essential Requirements**

You will have a continuous improvement mindset, be passionate about optimisation, and enjoy working collaborative with a team (as well as being able to work autonomously while you are deep diving into systems)
- Experience with Moodle as an administrator (certifications are highly regarded) is a must-have
- Strong technical proficiency as well as skills in Microsoft 365
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills -being able to discuss reports/progress with internal stakeholders as well as being able to liaise with students that are trouble-shooting issues
- The ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build strong relationships
