In this 12-months fixed term contract as our Performance and Reward Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Performance and Reward Team. You'll provide expert advice, manage salary survey submissions, and ensure accurate benchmarking across the business. You'll also be the go-to expert for international mobility, supporting assignees and stakeholders throughout the assignment lifecycle.

What you'll do
Coordinate international assignments and ensure compliance with local approvals
Act as the local contact for internationally mobile employees
Benchmark roles using leading survey providers
Support the annual performance and remuneration review processes
Provide project management support for reward initiatives
Deliver insights and guidance to HR, recruitment, and business leaders
What we're looking for
2+ years' experience with Workday - essential experience
2+ years' experience in international mobility (highly regarded)
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
Solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
