The organisation has created an exciting opportunity for dedicated Support Workers able to speak Greek to join the team and use their skills and experience to truly make a difference.

These are Full-Time roles and position are available throughout the Melbourne Metropolitan area.

Your new role
Provide appropriate levels of support to maintain and improve the clients level of independent functioning including participation in the community Respond to the client's needs and collaborate positively with their families, support people and others in their lives. Undertake various domestic assistance for the client. Demonstrate high quality service Maintain confidentiality at all times Recognise, respect and respond to the needs of the client Maintain documentation to a high standardWhat you will need to succeed

(preferred) Certificate 3 or higher in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability Care or equivalent qualification Passion for providing support and care to people Punctual and reliable Clear and effective communication skills P1 Drivers licence and willingness to transport clients Experience as Support/Care Worker highly desirable Fluent in the Greek languageWhat you'll get in return
