Your expertise in digital publishing and news sense will be crucial in driving engagement, expanding our audience reach, and enhancing brand awareness.
This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Head of Audience Growth.Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for social platforms, collaborating with key stakeholders in editorial and audience growth.Guide the execution of the growth strategy by channel, creating a push and pull content ecosystem across owned and off-platform channels.Drive growth with existing audiences and attract new audiences to key marquee brands or platforms.Explore and evaluate emerging or niche social platforms to expand brand presence, assessing potential benefits and risks.Regularly monitor performance and adjust strategy for all Mamamia brand, show, and sub-brand channels.Track, analyse, and optimise key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions to drive platform growth.Leverage social media monitoring tools and industry research to generate insights that inform data-driven content creation.Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on social media best practices and platform updates.Now, a bit about youYou have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital media management, with a track record of successful social media strategies.You possess a strong understanding of digital publishing principles, content optimisation, and platform-specific best practices.You have experience in leading and managing a social media team, with the ability to delegate tasks and drive team success.You can think strategically and develop innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals and audience interests.You're a team player who communicates effectively and gives and receives feedback with honesty and respect.You can prioritise the needs and perspectives of our audience and commercial partners in decision-making.You demonstrate adaptability and can solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment.Life at MamamiaWe're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.We're small enough that you can create real and tangible change, and have your voice heard, and large enough that we can support your ideas with experienced, industry-leading teams, and deliver them to an audience of millions of women every month.

To help with new client wins, REBORN is looking for an Account Director to join our team.
This role would suit someone who likes being part of a nimble, fast-paced, independent agency team and enjoys the flexibility of working from home and having the option to go into our Sydney office in North Sydney.
The role on offer is full time, but we are open to flexible working hours and accelerated weeks.
You are a commercially driven account lead who turns performance data into decisive action.
You shape end-to-end digital programmes that grow revenue and brand equity, blending media, creative, and technology to deliver measurable impact for clients.
You know how to maintain effective, compelling client relationships.
Digitally minded & marketing-savvy with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, our Account Director has a sound understanding of digital campaigns, social media and digital marketing and enjoys working collaboratively, as well as autonomously, to develop and execute successful digital strategies and campaigns.
Working closely with our Group Account Director, our Account Director derives professional satisfaction from delivering results, nurturing strong client relationships, and problem solving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders while keeping a presence with day-to-day client teams Understand the client's business and stay abreast of industry trends, and seek ways to add value to drive the business in terms of creativity, market share and brand recognition Lead integrated creative campaigns and work closely with the internal Strategy, Project Management & Creative teams to develop exceptional results-oriented work Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.
Sell strategic and creative concepts to your clients, driving new initiatives and promoting the agency's values Stay up to date with digital technology trends and monitor tools and best practices for campaign effectiveness If you are passionate about digital, foster a growth mindset, and seek to add value at every opportunity, then we can't wait to hear from you
