**The role**

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of all housekeeping functions to ensure high standards of cleanliness are provided to meet and exceed guest's expectations. The Housekeeping Supervisor must lead, train and develop the housekeeping team to achieve and maintain hotel standards whilst effectively communicating with other hotel departments.

**We have a number of Part Time Supervisor positions available across the following hours**:

- ** 20 - 48 hours per fortnight**:

- ** 32 - 64 hours per fortnight**:

- ** 48 - 76 hours per fortnight**

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Ensure the smooth and effective day to day operations to ensure all allocated daily tasks are completed - pre arrival requirements.
- Actively participate in staff briefings to ensure all employees receive information required to carry out daily duties and expectations.
- Inspection of all rooms in the allocation section of the Hotel (IP, CL, OOO, uncovered and all occupied rooms). Undertake and document room inspections daily.
- Check cleaning of rooms in accordance with checklists and Crown Standards, including undertaking cleaning duties where required.
- Ensure adherence to and the implementation of departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions (WI) to enhance service levels, systems and procedures.
- Assist management in development of housekeeping employees to ensure competence, performance and succession objectives are met.

**About you**

You'll bring the following:

- Certificate III (Hospitality Operations) qualification is preferred.
- Previous Hotel operational experience is preferred in a Supervisory or Higher Duties capacity.
- Solid proven experience as a Room Attendant.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong team leadership experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA) and Microsoft Office suite of products is preferred.

To be successful, you must clear all Crown's background checks and complete a Pre-Employment Medical.
