**RECREATION ATTENDANT**
**FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY**

Located in our three Hotel properties Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade, our Pool and Gym areas offers our guests a new level of luxury. With state of the art gym equipment, heated pools and lounge areas, these facilities are the epitome of luxury.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Recreation Attendants to be a part of our pool and gym teams. In this role, you will be ensuring that everyone is safe at all times within the pool and surrounding areas. As this is also a customer focused role you will need to ensure you a delivering a high level of service with assisting our guests when needed as well as keeping the area clean and maintained at all times.

**What you need**:

- First Aid Level 2 Certificate (highly desirable) Training can be provided by Crown for those who do not hold this accreditation. *Conditions apply.
- Life Saving Victoria Pool Lifeguard Accreditation (highly desirable) Training can be provided by Crown for those who do not hold this accreditation. *Conditions apply
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (training provided)
- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service
- Experience within a Recreational Facility or Leisure centre highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability across a 7 day rotational roster, shifts ranging from 5:40am to 10:15pm

**Duties will include**:

- Meeting and greeting guest and clients
- Monitoring the pool area to ensure safety measures are met
- Retail duties of pool and gym merchandise
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and gymnasium
- Answering general telephone queries and overseeing the overall reception area
- Basic Food and Beverage duties including serving coffees and other beverages
- Attending to any linen needs, restocking towels and retrieving dry cleaning
