Minimum of 5 years in outside sales with a prior track record of meeting / exceeding performance goals & expectations.
Experience using Microsoft Office, Linkedin, Excel, SAP (but not limited to) is an advantage Professional & excellent verbal and written communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage competing priorities Problem-solving, collaboration and negotiation skills Logistics and transport knowledge of freight logistics and supply chain principles Business intelligence.
Market, business, and seasonal trends Personal Qualities Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
Presentations, sales, commercial, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to manage multiple activities to achieve agreed upon time frames Is a team player and sees the value in supporting their peers wherever possible Willingness to travel within the region as required
