**Seeking an Inspirational Diploma Room Leader**

Mini Masterminds is a leading early childhood education and care provider committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. **With our modern & family owned centre located in North Ryde,** we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment that promotes children's development, creativity, and social skills.

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking passionate & motivated Diploma Room Leader educator to join our team in reaching collective goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with a team of Early Childhood Educators toward collective goals.
- Facilitating a safe & caring environment for all children.
- Driving initiatives, curriculum activities, and continuous improvement.
- Observing and documenting the progress of each child, in line with the EYLF & NQS.
- Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress and challenges.
- Assisting with the implementation of programs and experiences to meet the needs of individual children
- Contributing to the completion of documentation of children's skills and interests that includes a clear cycle of reflective practice
- Ensuring the physical environment is well maintained
- Engaging in professional communication with families and caregivers

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Diploma or Degree level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Educator experience, working with children aged 0-6 (preferable)
- Effective communicator with children and families.
- First aid certificate or willingness to attend a paid in house first aid training.
- Ability to obtain a paid and verified Working with Children's Check.
