Mini Masterminds in Tallawong, north-west of Greater Sydney is looking for a passionate**, full time Diploma Room Leader** (Monday to Friday). Join our mission to create a safe, stimulating, inclusive space where every child thrives

**About the Centre**

Our Tallawong Centre caters for 78 children in premium, purpose-built learning spaces that spark curiosity and inspire discovery.

**What We're Looking For**
- Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Working With Children Check and Child Protection Certificate

**What You'll Do**
- Deliver playful, engaging, child-led learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Plan, implement, and document intentional learning programs.
- Cultivate a safe, inclusive environment where creativity and resilience flourish.
- Build meaningful partnerships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Track and celebrate children's developmental milestones.
