Digital Content Producer

We're looking for a creative all-rounder who has a passion for creating quality video along with solid graphic design and motion skills. Our ideal teammate will bring an eye for detail and memorable execution with the ability to work across different mediums and types of collateral to support a great user experience.

This is a mid-level role and would suit someone with at least 3-5 years experience. You will work both autonomously and closely with our team and have a good understanding of marketing communications, including websites, the google network and social media channels.

As Digital Content Producer at Mingara Leisure Group, your key skills and experience should include:

- Video production experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience in emotive, high quality, fast turn-around video content distributed across both digital marketing and traditional channels.
- Animation skills - all round, generalist animation using After Effects for use on a variety of collateral and projects.
- Website Updates - using Wordpress.

**What Success Looks Like**
- Working as part of the Creative Studio Team
- Working with internal clients
- Building strong relationships within our supply chain
- Contributing to and maintaining digital workflow system and process
- Maintaining artwork, asset and image library

You will have a strong understanding of marketing communications, video editing and digital content production and social media. Experience in developing scalable solutions when appropriate.

Qualifications and a background in video, including camera operation/filming is required, as is excellent Premiere Pro and After Effects skills. Experience in working with the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is essential, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
