An Adelaide based immersive technology studio, specialising in the development of VR, AR, and XR training experiences, is seeking an experienced Content Producer to join their growing team.

This role requires a confident, organised, and solutions-focused professional who can manage multiple projects at once while balancing the needs of clients and internal development teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in content production—particularly for interactive, immersive, or real-time environments—and a strong understanding of project workflows, delivery requirements, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of immersive training content across multiple projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly understood and met
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and 3D artists to keep deliverables on track
  • Manage production schedules, timelines, budgets, and resourcing across concurrent projects
  • Coordinate reviews, feedback cycles, and approvals with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolving issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables in line with project objectives and client standards
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a producer or project manager in a VR/AR/XR, game development, or interactive media environment
  • Strong track record managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client-facing capacity
  • Deep understanding of agile or iterative production pipelines for real-time content
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, ShotGrid, or other production tracking platforms
  • Ability to bridge technical and creative disciplines and manage cross-functional teams
Desirable:
  • Experience in education, training, or simulation-based content
  • Understanding of Unity other real-time development platforms
  • Background in instructional design or content strategy for immersive experiences
