Our client is a leader in mortgage processing and legal services, working in partnership with the big banks in Australia. Provide high level support to clients and manage mortgage files end to end post credit to pre settlement.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We have several roles available in within the mortgage processing space where you would be preparing & checking all relevant documents prior to going to settlement.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Verifying all documents to ensure they are accurate and meet lender criteria
- Identify and advise any outstanding requirements
- Calculating costs (e.g.: stamp duty, registration costs, lender fees etc.)
- Registering the mortgage
- Drawdown of funds
- Dealing with a range of phone calls on a daily basis from Brokers, Solicitors and other parties
- Updating systems with relevant information

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Minimum of one years experience in a mortgage processing role
- Familiar with mortgage documentation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work towards deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
