What is the role?

As the Food & Beverage Manager for our Zone Bowling Castle Hill venue, you will lead our F&B team with a passionate & nurturing style. You will be an expert in all things Food & Beverage and champion our values every day You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.

- A hands on & effective leader with sound knowledge of running a food and/or beverage business
- Driven to proactively increase sales and drive better business results by creating and leading a high performing guest service team
