Overview
Join Icon Cancer Centre Redland as a Radiation Therapist responsible for quality radiation therapy planning and treatment as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy planning and delivery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain high standards of patient care and continually enhance the patient experience.
Liaise with multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs in a timely manner.
Demonstrate a strong patient focus and treat all patients and carers with respect, dignity, and equality.
Support a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care through a patient-centric and collaborative approach.

Skills & Experience
Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to delivering high-quality radiation therapy services and adherence to clinical protocols.
Understanding of the private healthcare service delivery model.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Current AHPRA Radiation Therapist registration with QLD Radiation User Licence (or ability to obtain).
