Echuca Regional Health is seeking a passionate and qualified Mental Health Professional to join our Wellbeing and Primary Mental Health team. Based in our Consulting Suites, you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills and expertise make a real difference in our community
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centred counselling and psychological support to individuals, couples and families
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop collaborative care plans and regularly review goals and progress with clients
Contribute to service evaluation, quality improvement activities and the development of resources that enhance client outcomes and service delivery
Participate actively in individual and group supervision, reflective practice and continuing professional development
Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
Qualifications/experience
Tertiary Qualification in counselling, psychology, social work and or a related mental health discipline
Registration or Eligibility with a relevant professional body, PACFA, AASW, AHPRA, ANZCATA
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
