- The Youth Employment Scheme (YES) provides young people aged 15 to 29 with a 12-month, entry-level opportunity to work in the Victorian Public Service while completing accredited training._

- _ aged 15 to 29 years when you start the traineeship_
- _ unemployed or working less than 15 hours per week_
- _ not currently undertaking tertiary education_
- _ without a post-school qualification (excluding Certificate I-IV courses)._

**About AGA**:
AGA has more than 30 years' experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake a variety of duties to support the Loddon Mallee Region business area.
- Develop and maintain positive relations both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining communication with internal and external clients.
- Undertake administrative tasks.
- Computer literacy.
- Good phone manner and communication.

**Requirements**:

- Committed to a 12 month Traineeship.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Methodical and organised approach to work.
- Willingness to learn, work safely, and be a team player.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work outside of business hours and travel may be required on occasion.
- Provide evidence of having up to date vaccination status against COVID-19
