As an industry leader and employer of choice, we're Made for More.Plant Mechanic Tamworth WorkshopWesTrac Tamworth is looking for experienced Plant or Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join their skilled team based in their workshop.Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will utilise your mechanical expertise to inspect, maintain, and repair a range of Caterpillar equipment.
Focusing on safety, you will work alongside a skilled team of technicians to ensure our customers get the most from their machines and ensure minimal machine downtime.With the opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of CAT equipment, this role is a great opportunity to kickstart your career with WesTrac today
Roster and RemunerationRoster: Monday to Friday, 10.5-hour shiftsShift Times: 06:00AM to 16:30PMPotential annual earning from $110k + Super Rates above are a guide only and each candidate will be assessed based on competencies and experience Skills & ExperienceCertificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalentFamiliar with Caterpillar EquipmentOEM Experience (highly desirable)Exposure to SIS or ET (highly desirable)Excellent diagnostic and repair skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously in the field and in a teamWhy WesTrac?
