**About the Role**:
This position will be suited to an energetic and future-focused individual who has the ability to balance the competing agendas of this multifaceted role to positively influence student learning outcomes and school culture. Your leadership skills need to have a student-focused approach and ability to build strong professional relationships with students, teachers, parents and the community. You will be working as the Deputy Principal responsible for leading the Junior Secondary Years 7 & 8 cohorts, with the strategic portfolio of Data driven practices.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
