**Your Role: Logistics Team Leader**

Are you passionate about logistics? Located in Rydalmere, we're seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of warehousing, handling, distribution, and shipping of various components. As part of our team, you'll ensure smooth operations and compliance with inventory management regulations to support our Autonomous Production and Repair Managers at our Rydalmere site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage warehouse operations for production, integration, repair, and replacement APRUs
- Validate inventory and record operations in ERP
- Organize inventories and analyse deviations
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and handling activities
- Manage packaging and give takt to APRUs
- Coordinate logistics companies

**Your Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of production and repair processes
- Understanding of supply chain roles and inventory management
- Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools
- Proficiency in ERP systems and IT dashboard analysis
- Ability to prioritize customer needs
- Forklift license required
