Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop operational supervisors and a professional driver team.
  • Manage fleet performance, delivery schedules, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety Focus
    • Drive a strong safety culture with unwavering commitment to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and DG regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Proactive management of customer relationships, maintaining service excellence and delivery KPIs in line with contract commitments.
  • Operational Improvement
    • Support a culture of continuous improvement through operational initiatives and team engagement.

Requirements

  • Transport Operations Experience
    • Experience managing transport operations, ideally in bulk liquids, fuel, or dangerous goods.
  • People Management Skills
    • Strong people management capabilities, including coaching and developing frontline leaders.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and external.
  • Operational Judgment
    • A track record of driving team performance and ensuring safety and service standards are met.
