This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day.
Residential Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth.
About the role As a Paste Plant Operator, you'll be ensuring safe and efficient delivery of paste fill to specified locations.
Reporting to the Paste Supervisor, you'll install, maintain, and monitor paste fill reticulation and barricades, keeping operations smooth and safe.
Your day-to-day might include: Operating the Paste Plant Citec System Conducting pre- and post-fill inspections Managing tailings stockpiles Performing QAQC test work Troubleshooting and reporting equipment faults Keeping things clean, safe, and efficient underground You'll also be a key player in maintaining environmental and OH&S standards—because safety and sustainability are non-negotiable.
About you You're hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to roll underground.
You've got the experience and attitude to thrive in a fast-paced mining environment.
Current C Class Driver's Licence Working at Heights certification At least 12 months' experience in underground mining and general mine services Solid skills in operating heavy-duty equipment and light vehicles Mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting Strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive mindset At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
