**The role**

The Accounts Assistant will provide support to the Accounts Officer, management and office team.
The Accounts Assistant will assist with NDIS Portal and client Plan administration for the relevant clients including:

- Establishing and updating service bookings in line with service agreements and client plan data
- Ensure client plan amounts and bookings are accurately reflected in the relevant systems including expiry dates and plan usage milestones
- Processing invoices - payable and receivable for our Plan Management clients
- Data entry into the plan management system
- Answer calls, external and internal
- Manage compliance and paperworks for plan management clients
- Assistant the Accounts Officer with Administrative task as requested and other duties

Selection Criteria:

- A relevant tertiary qualification such as administration, finance or commerce (Cert IV or greater) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in the disability/community services sector is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in accounting is highly desirable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
