**What do I need?**
- Experience working within business risk teams, preferably in banking or financial services, with an understanding of operational risk management.
- Expertise in control frameworks, being comfortable building, assessing, and enhancing robust control systems that keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Passion and experience leveraging technology—think Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau—to automate repetitive workloads and streamline risk reporting.
- An analytical mindset and ability to deep-dive into datasets, using your investigative experience to unearth trends, and insights that inform critical risk decisions.Drive for continuous improvement, ensuring you are always on the lookout for smarter, more efficient ways to bolster operational risk management, pushing boundaries to make risk work in our favour.
