Under the supervision of the Event Services manager and in conjunction with out finance team, you will be responsible for the receiving, storing and organizing of all
stored materials. Promotes a safe working environment through strict adherence to HACCP and WHS policies.

A little taste of your day-to-day; Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

- Ensures all merchandise/goods are verified, checked against purchase orders and stored correctly.
- Maintains Invoice and incoming/outgoing goods logs.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing delivery of goods to Department storage areas or Conferences/Exhibitors on a daily basis.
- Maintain and ensure that stock rotation for both NCCC Kitchen and Events Services departments.
- Ensure streamlined Exhibition and Concert bump in and out while working with Events services team.
- Mixture of Physically demanding tasks and computer based tasks

What We need from you:

- Communication and client service skills
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Safe handling/lifting procedures will benefit applicants.
- Resonsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Full Availability to work Mornings, Evenings & Weekends
- Full Working Rights for Australia
