**About the role**:
The Technology Vendor & Governance Specialist role is to support the establishment and management of technology vendor contracts to deliver outcomes that effectively meet Unitywater's requirements, and ensure vendors comply with their contractual obligations. In addition, this role will provide all required oversight requirements to enable the ongoing operation and performance of the Technology function in delivering value to the business.

- Substantial experience in managing external technology vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations including reporting of risks and managing performance, disputes and issues.
- Substantial experience of technology contracts including cloud based multi-sourced and outsourced services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Technical experience in ICT operations and service delivery.
- Experience of using and managing contracts within the Queensland Government QITC framework.
- Recent experience of ServiceNow ITSM.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively manage technology vendor and business relationships.
