**About the role**:
Reporting to the Village Manager, this exciting casual opportunity will see you contribute to the seamless operation of the village by completing administrative tasks as delegated. This role will involve you interacting with residents regularly, so a friendly positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are paramount.

**About you**:
To be considered, you will have:

- Previous administration experience
- Impeccable customer services skills
- Supportive with a "can do" attitude
- Confident with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Warm and welcoming disposition and empathy for older people
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare's purpose, vision and value
- Available to cover leave between 4th - 15th September with flexible ongoing availability.
