Permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week)
4-day work week, Monday - Thursday or Tuesday to Friday roster
Attractive salary from $99,183.76 to $107,357.31 per annum + 12% superannuation + leaseback vehicle

The Urban Landscape team is seeking a Section Leader to deliver positive outcomes for the organisation and community through a range of services and programs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture, Landscaping, Greenkeeping, or similar, and/or extensive relevant experience
High awareness of Work, Health and Safety, environmental, and risk management related to this role
Current Class C Drivers Licence
Extensive field experience in the horticulture industry
Experience in managing a team, motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and coordinating work
Commitment to our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, trust, and optimism
