**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support offshore Accounts Receivable team by working with the Credit Control team
- Monitoring customer accounts for non-payments and delayed payments
- Managing consistent cash inflows by following up on delinquent accounts
- Managing large major customer accounts and cash allocation
- Proactively ensuring customer has scheduled payments within payment terms
- Assessing the validity of deductions, credits and disputes by checking with the relevant teams
- Liaising with other business units
- Ad hoc reporting and accounting duties as required

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's in accounting or equivalent
- Experience in dealing with intercompany ledgers
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
