We're looking for a passionate and strategic Program Manager to lead the delivery of our Engineering Graduate Program .
This 12–18-month rotational program is designed to accelerate the careers of our graduates while building CommBank's future technical workforce.
Your Impact & Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you'll be the experience maker for our graduates and interns.
You'll :
Drive exceptional graduate and intern experiences from onboarding to program roll-off.
Lead innovation and excellence across the program to maximise impact, scalability, and efficiency.
Deliver briefing sessions and communications to leaders and graduates as well as presenting at various internal and external events.
Partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, workforce planners and stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
Lead performance review conversations with stakeholders and providing additional support where needed.
Ensure our graduates feel supported, empowered, and connected.
Use data and feedback to track and measure program effectiveness whilst continuously improving program outcomes and graduate development.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with international colleagues to expand the Graduate program in our India Offices.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in early career program management, engagement or talent development.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with high resilience in times of change or ambiguity
Skilled in delivering projects and change initiatives with a passion for continuous improvement.
Proficient in project planning and managing resources.
Excellent time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesin a fast-paced, large agile organisation
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable delivering autonomously and co-authoring solutions with colleagues and excited to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
A genuine interest and passion in supporting early career talent and creating exceptional experiences.
