Graduate Program Manager

About this role
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the LXRP Graduate Program, encompassing:
- Reviewing and reporting on previous programs to identify areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
- Building strong professional relationships with key stakeholders across the Victorian Government.
- Leading the recruitment process for upcoming Graduate cohorts.
- Managing program operations for existing Graduate cohorts undergoing rotations across various LXRP business units.
- Representing LXRP at Graduate Careers Fairs and Expo's.
This position requires adaptability, strategic planning & prioritisation, effective influencing & negotiation, collaboration, and prior experience in program management or recruitment. You must be able to work independently, handle changes in scope, manage expectations and emotions, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
