Due to the investment and expansion of our Visual Merchandising department, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join the Visual Merchandising leadership team in Victoria. The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager is accountable for the effective interpretation and the timely implementation of windows, promotions and all store interiors being merchandised in line with the visual merchandising direction, brand standards and individual store profiles.

The role is responsible for the development and training of the in-store visual merchandising and retail teams across their region. The role encompasses all aspects of Visual Merchandising relating to Country Road and Trenery across Man, Woman, Accessories, Home and Kids/Baby in Retail and Concession stores.

Reporting to the VM Manager - Operations, the role has the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the VM team and brand, providing feedback and growth opportunities to the VM support centre team.
