**Description**:
THE OPPORTUNITY
Mulpha Hospitality are currently seeking a Facilities Caretaker on full-time basis to join the team at Swing City.
Swing City is a multi-million-dollar entertainment and hospitality destination including 40 golf bays equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a licensed restaurant with outdoor alfresco dining, corporate function and entertainment facilities, mini-golf and amusements.
As Facilities Caretaker, you will work closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure the venue is set and ready before the arrival of our first guests. You will also assist with a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across the venue.
Successful applicants will have a warm and friendly demeanour, be able to work without supervision and able to work from Thursday to Monday, 6am to 2pm.
RESPONSIBILITES
**Opening Duties**: Arrive early to unlock and prepare the venue for daily operations.
**Facility Preparation**: Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests, including the range, dining areas, and mini-golf.
**Equipment Setup**: Set up and organize equipment for use, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
**Guest Readiness**: Make sure all amenities are stocked and available, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
**Maintenance Tasks**: Perform routine checks and address any immediate maintenance needs or minor repairs.
ABOUT YOU
Experience in caretaking or maintenance roles is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring the venue is guest-ready.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in the early morning hours.
Physical stamina and capability to handle various tasks.
A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
Ability to work across the venues open hours including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
