**Description**:
THE OPPORTUNITY

Following the highly anticipated launch of Swing City late last year, Mulpha Hospitality are currently seeking a highly experienced Duty Manager to help strengthen the leadership team and ensure continued customer service excellence.

Swing City is a multi-million-dollar entertainment and hospitality destination including 40 golf bays equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a licensed restaurant with undercover and outdoor alfresco dining, corporate function and entertainment facilities, mini-golf and amusements.

This role will work hand in hand with our F&B and Operations leaders across all operational aspects of the venue, including staff training and retention, F&B and Operations and will focus on guest experience and return visitation.

**Salary Guide**: $70k PA Plus Super

RESPONSIBILITES

Help create and deliver an exceptional guest experience across all facets of the business, with a focus of our elevating the current F&B standards.
In conjunction with the senior management, provide hands on leadership and operational ownership of the venue.
Monitor daily budgets and costs and help the business hit overall financial targets.
Ensure customer service is exceptional and encourages repeat visitation.
Drive and develop a great team culture.
Help with the recruitment, training and mentoring of junior staff.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in large scale F&B Operations, Venue Operations or the Attraction & Entertainment environment highly desirable.
Proven leadership experience managing a team to deliver operational excellence within a customer service environment.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for Golf and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to work across the venues open hours including nights, weekend and public holidays essential.
