Join us and become part of a team that values integrity, sustainability, and the power of banking for sustainable community.About the OpportunityWe are looking to fill a full-time permanent customer service role in the Ballina Branch.You will provide superior service that meets the needs of our valued customers by delivering retail banking and lending products through various channels, including phone and email.Supporting our local community, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they walk into our branches, delivering impactful customer experience that leads to enduring relationships.Your product knowledge, service experience and agility in meeting customer needs grows our customer base and brand awareness.Whilst preferred, it is not essential for you to have a background in banking as we can teach the successful candidate all they need to know.
