**Who are we looking for?**

We are moving from time and materials based consulting work, to solving common industry problems with scalable data solutions in Generative AI and transport IoT data. As such, we are seeking a **Product Manager **to work collaboratively with our team, with delivery leads, domain experts and stakeholders in developing market facing scalable, supportable, subscribable data solutions, playing a key role in the team's data and analytics evolution.

**In this dynamic role you will:
- Establish and lead an end-to-end product development process, including ideation, market research, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Serve as a bridge between the technical and business worlds, translating business objectives into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Prioritize product features and tasks, managing the product backlog while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Advocate and champion the offerings internally across the enterprise, and externally with industry markets
- Develop and maintain product requirements, and collaborate with the technical team on implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure successful product launches and iterations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the market.
- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Experience in data product management, involving big data, analytics and data science, machine learning, or AI, within an Enterprise (large organisation) organizational context.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centric product development.
- Strong understanding of cloud technology, with a preference for Microsoft Azure experience and particularly AI and ML services within Azure.
- High EQ, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills providing the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity, managing multiple projects simultaneously with mínimal supervision and with an Entreprenurial mindset.
