Your new role

Secure a permanent position within our well-established and growing maintenance department at our main workshop. Working your choice of a 7/7 or 5/2 day shift only roster.

This is a great opportunity for an LV mechanic/fitter who wants to upskill into diesel fitting and build a career in the mining industry
- Machine maintenance, including component replacement, component overhaul, general repairs, fault diagnostics, PM servicing, daily refuelling and inspections
- Execute planned repairs within time and cost requirements
- Be self-motivated and able to work as directed
- Be committed to procedure based preventative maintenance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work within teams to develop and implement solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
- Trade qualified with post-trade experience in the mining industry (LV Fitter/Mechanic)
- Experience with heavy earth moving equipment within a workshop environment is an advantage
- A current Queensland drivers licence.
