**What are we looking for?**
- Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Director including managing enquiries and responding on their behalf when required.
- Facilitate meetings and correspondence for the Executive Director and their team including coordinating responses and following up outstanding matters.
- Research, analyse, collate, and provide information to the Executive Director and their team to support informed decision making and planning.
- Proactively schedule, organise, prioritise, and attend meetings as required to provide support.
- Form and maintain a collaborative and cohesive relationship with the Executive Assistant to the Bishops to enable open communication and information sharing between the Bishop's office and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage confidential matters maintaining discretion at all times.
- Coordinate business-related travel and conference/seminar attendance with a focus on sourcing and organising arrangements that provide cost-effective and time efficient solutions.
- Participate in professional networks and forums appropriate to the role.
- Support and provide coverage where required for the Executive Assistant Team.

**About you?**
- Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration or equivalent
- Current drivers' licence
- A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children) or willingness to obtain
- A current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain
- National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
- 5 years+ experience at a senior executive assistant level
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees, volunteers and other stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills including keyboarding speed and accuracy as well as in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Comprehensive knowledge of executive office administrative practices and procedures
- A high level of discretion to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Proven adherence to legislation, policies and procedures
- Coordination and facilitation of meetings
- Expert at travel/conference bookings and management of same
- Strong diary management for multiple stakeholders
- Experience with researching and supporting document collation.
