To be successful in this role you'll have:

- Experience in teaching literacy and numeracy.
- ** A tertiary teaching qualification** and the ability to use Microsoft Office and student data systems.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team and the wider organization.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- An openness to innovation and change.
- A commitment to meeting standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO).
- Art or music qualifications and experience (Desirable).
