If so, this exciting position may be for you Our client is a seeking a hardworking Payroll and Onboarding Officer to join their knowledgeable and collaborative team. You will enjoy a modern, fast-paced work environment and the opportunity to take your payroll/HR knowledge to the next level.

**The Role**

Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different? In this dynamic role you will support the payroll and HR department. You will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, pay distribution, providing statements to various departments and the setup of new contractors. Your extraordinary time management and attention to detail will take you far in this role with the use of different systems and blended tasks.

**Your Skills & Experience**.
- Experience with a mid to high volume data entry.
- Experience with ERP or Payroll platforms.
- Experience working within a recruitment or resourcing environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills - include an Excel.
- Remarkable attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to easily learn new systems.

You are a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Your time management skills are extraordinary, and you have an exceptional eye for detail. Your creative flair allows you to offer innovative suggestions to improve payroll processes, and you relish the challenge of learning new systems.
