About us
VCAT is part of Victoria's justice system and is a tribunal that serves the community by resolving civil disputes and making decisions in human rights and guardianship cases. We hear and decide over 85,000 cases a year across Victoria.
About the role
You will be required to establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
We are looking for people that thrive on managing multiple priorities and deadlines, enjoys engaging with high-level stakeholders and remains calm in high-pressure situations.
To ensure you are set up for success in this role you will need:
- Preferably experience in working within a courts setting is desired but not essential.
- You possess well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
- have proven experience in building and maintaining positive and productive professional relationships and
- You possess demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement service improvements to enhance service delivery.
