We are currently seeking a motivated and customer - focused individual to join our team based in Yatala. This is a Full Time Permanent role for a person looking to progress their career in sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the sales team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Provide** customer service and technical support - counter sales and via phone.
- **Attend **to general and sales enquiries.
- **Assist** with pick packing orders.

**Who are you?**
- Mechanical aptitude **with **bearing and power transmission knowledge is **advantageous**:

- 6 months to a year experience in the customer service industry
- Good verbal and written skills
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads.
- Good knowledge within our industry
- Team player to support other areas when required
