Overview
NTT Sydney is seeking anInfrastructure Engineerto support platform engineering and operations teams, ensuring stability and optimisation across AWS and Azure environments.
This role will focus on backend optimisation, lifecycle management, and addressing cloud hygiene issues to deliver sustainable infrastructure practices.
Duration:6 months with high possibility of extension
Working Flexibility:Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tue, Wed, Thurs)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimiseAWS and Azure platformsacross multiple workloads.
Supportbackend infrastructure optimisation and adjustments.
Overseestorage lifecycle management, including hybrid solutions such as AWS FSx.
Implementcloud hygiene and governance measuresto prevent inefficiencies and cost overruns.
Provide operational support toplatform and storage teams, balancing BAU with project requirements.
Enable sustainable infrastructure growth throughprotocols and best practices.
Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in managingAWS and Azure infrastructure.
Solid experience incloud storage lifecycle management and optimisation.
Background inplatform engineering and backend performance tuning.
Familiarity withautomation and governance in multi-cloud environments.
Ability to work across BAU operations while supportingnew project delivery.
