The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in the successful delivery of an ERP program for a large multinational client. Reporting to the ERP Program Manager and working closely with key stakeholders, you will assist in managing delivery timelines, risks, issues, variations, and resources.

**The role will include, but not is limited to the following initiatives**:

- Maintain project plans to capture the budget and schedules for the ERP program teams and assist with determining resource allocation
- Maintain project registers to track risk, issues, and key decisions
- Manage approvals for items that impact the scope of work
- Capture effort and cost, track any deviation from budgets
- Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle concept e.g., design, testing, deployment
- Induct and train ERP program teams on program management processes and verify compliance on an ongoing basis

**About you**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with program/project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, AgilePM, etc.)
